Maxine Townsend-Broderick is a multimedia artist who was born in Jamaica, New York to a Jamaican mother and a Grenadian father.
The contemporary works here feature music and motion. The compositions are complex, inviting the viewer to discern new meaning with every glance.
My passion for photography stems back to my childhood years…seeing myself taking pictures with a black box Brownie camera which, you could say began my interest in picture-taking.
Initially, my work focused on realistic subjects, drawing from diverse sources.
John Bruno became interested in photography during a tour of duty with the U.S. Air Force in Spain (1966-70).
