The Manhasset Public Library plays host to many local community organizations’ meetings and programs. Here are are a few groups that might be of interest to you:
Enjoy this friendly, sharing and socializing community circle of people who enjoy needle arts-quilting,knitting, crocheting, embroidery.
The group shared their latest projects at a year-end luncheon. The Needle Arts Circle generally meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month from 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Just when we could no longer cope with the bone chilling cold, the Munsey Park Garden Club visited the library and brought in a touch of spring. Over 50 flower lovers came to your Library this past Thursday, Jan. 9, to enjoy the fabulously creative Marion Romeo, National Garden Club Master Judge of Flower Shows as she demonstrated arranging flowers for the home. The Munsey Park Garden Club and its programs are open to all. Mark your calendars to visit your Library for their next program on Thursday, April 10, at 1 p.m., as they present Waking Up Your Garden. Programs are open to all and are free.

Manhasset Special Education PTA (SEPTA) is a parent-teacher group that services Manhasset’s special needs community with guest speakers and experts on a range of special education topics.
