Alan Fein is an unbelievable father and a loving husband. He is an award-winning physician, a tennis devotee, a historian, an optimist- and an exhibited photographer.
Born in 1949, Alan was a precocious child who loved books. He graduated from Cornell University in 1969 and from SUNY-Downstate Medical Schoo0l in 1973. He continues to practice as a pulmonologist who specializes in critical care and sleep medicine.
Alan and his wife, Laura Greenblatt, met as teenages working at a summer camp and have been married for 39 years. They moved to Great Neck in 1983 and both their sons, Daniel and Jefferu, graduated from Great Neck North High School.
In terms of his photographs, alan has been taking pictures for more than four decades. He and Laura enjoy traveling the globe with an assortment of cameras- sightseeing and sampling exotic cuisine while Alan searches for photo opportunities.
