Sometimes it is based on a drawing or a photograph and often these are starting points for an abstraction. I have mostly created from what I see in our landscape.
“I enjoy making marks, and have especially enjoyed the printing processes of stone, plate, solar plate and paper plate (Xerox) lithography. The works represented here have been created using a variety of these printing processes. It is my hope that my ‘marks’ communicate and have meaning to the viewer.”
