For FURNITURE BIDDERS ONLY:
In acknowledgement of the fact that the Furniture Vendor scope of work is complex, that responses are less timely during this period, and the fact that we are still in search of a positive way to approach the deacquisition of the unused furniture, we have decided to grant a four day extension to the Furniture Vendor bid period. This posting serves as a formal notice of this extension; bids will now be due at noon on Friday, July 24, 2020. Thank you for your interest in bidding the Manhasset Public Library Interior Renovation project. We look forward to receipt of your bid package.
It is the Board of Trustees’ intention to award the contract to the lowest qualified bidder who can meet the experience, technical and budget requirements. Bids include all costs associated with the project. The Library reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality and to accept such bid which, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, is in the best interests of the Library.
