After years of figurative painting in the academic tradition, Catherine has recently moved on to large scale paintings of landscapes, and under the sea compositions with themes such as “Plankton” and “Sea Anemones.”
A professional artist, Catherine lives and works in New York. She studied Studio and Environmental Art at New York University, is a member of the Art Students League and is currently faculty at the Art Education Department of Queens College, CUNY.
