” My camera is an extension of me and it allows me to share my experiences and views with others through my art.”
Geraldine was awarded the Fabian (Larry) Adler memorial Award given by the Long Island Arts Council of Freeport. At present she is a member of the Art league of Long island, Photo Arts Network and the Long island Arts Council of Freeport. Geraldine is an active member and sits on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Center of Photography.
Her work has been published in corporate newsletters and calendars. She has displayed her work through the Town of Oyster Bay Rotational Arts Program, exhibited her work at FotoFoto Gallery in Huntington and participated in various group shows.
“I have taken classes at Hofstra University, and I have had shows through the Town of Oyster Bay Rotational Art Program. My work has been shown at FotoFoto Gallery in Huntington and I have received the Fabian Adler Memorial Award presented by the LI Arts Council at Freeport. At this time, I am on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Center of Photography.”
