“Beach at Evening” “In photography, as in psychotherapy, the goal is to see or experience something that has been seen before, to pause and then reflect.
There can be many views, and interpretations, with the potential to view differently, to create a new thought, a new feeling, a new experience, and new awareness. If someone says to me, ‘wow, I never looked at it like that before,’ I have achieved my goal.
I would like to make each photograph a reflection of my own insight and perspective into the human condition and the world around us and capture the passion and the pathos of the times as I experience it.”
