Through photography, I try to capture memories from my experiences and travels.

That’s it!  And, I don’t fully comprehend everything I see and observe.  So, outside of cropping or corecting exposure, I have yet to know any need to alter these captured images.  They continue to inform me.

My pottery is more interpretive.  My forms are inspired by nature and obliged by function.  I strive for smooth curves and intrinsicially cohesive shapes.  My goals are such that mud often returns to mud.  But occasionally, fingers and brain and earth and water and fire converge and I can let my work see the light.
